Biba4Network’s New Look

It is time for a Biba4Network’s New Look, so I designed a new logo (after 2 years in Miami, the New York Skyline, doesn’t represent my business anymore, especially since my business became international in the last few years).
What do you think about it?

I also did my new business card and now have to work on a new banner but I am still waiting for the new head shots.

Network With The Affluent

Last evening I attended a monthly networking event, “The Millionaires Real Estate Investment Club”, great place to network with the affluent.

It was very interesting to listen to people talking in this environment, everybody mentioned all the deals that they are doing and how much money they make, now more than ever.
Recession, which recession ?

I didn’t hear anybody complain about the recession once or evenmention it. A big change from what we hear on the news or on TV. About 90% of economists predict the recession might end this year, great, but what can you do until the end of the year and change your situation next month. Why wait?

It is very important to surround yourself with people who take action rather than with those who complain all the time about the situation but are not even trying to improve their life.

Be positive, there are still lot of business opportunities around you, just find the right people, find the right event or group to join, find people ready to buy your product or services. There are still lot of money around you, just find the right people ready to spend it.

Who are the people around You?

Yesterday I had new headshots done, I LOVE the result. Very different from what I had ever done before. I can hardly wait to show them to you (hopefully by next week).

This week has turned out to be an excellent one for me. I was approached by 2 new European clients. They are both entrepreneurs and need help in investing respectively $1 & $15 Millions. I will be managing their businesses in the US.

It is a great challenge! Lately I have noticed that I am meeting more and more millionnaires. You know what they say – "You are like the people who surround you" – so I guess it is a very good sign that my business is growing in the right direction. I feel I am on the way to the next level, which is a very exciting perspective. Check some of my millionaires “friends” on Facebook.

Do You Have Multiple Income Streams? Part 2

In the last few months I had a few clients who told me that they were not able to get new leads and clients. Their financial situation had become difficult. It turns out that most of this people had only one product or service they relied on for their entire income. In my program “Power of Networking Secrets”, I show you how to join affiliates programs in order to promote other services with the same target market as you (but of course, are not your competitors). After our conversation,I connected him with an immigration lawyer that I know herein Miami, who used to lived in Japan and is also looking totarget the Japanese market. I advised them both to find acouple of other experts, like CPA or business consultants tooffer a complete package to their clients. That way, when one of them will get a client, he will be able to refer theother experts of the group/network, so one client will become everybody’s client. See the concept!

With the virtual world we are living in now, your partners don’t have to be local. Most of my partners are still in New York; my move to Miami didn’t have an impact on the way we work together because of the technology at our fingertips.
Be creative to find multiple income streams. Check your database, and network. I am sure there are at least 2 or 3people you could call right now to offer a partnership and combine your services.

Do You Have Multiple Income Streams?

In 2005, I attended a seminar in New York and met Raymon Aaron who has been a mentor for more than 25 years. He's achieved quite a bit of fame. His clients include Robert Kiyosaki, Marc Victor Hansen, T. Harv Eker, many, many more and Me, for the last 4 years. The reason why I choose him was because I liked his business model, plus his credentials were great: a famous coach, successful real estate investor in Canada and the USA and THE Real Estate Guru in Canada for more than 20 years.

Last month I joined the Dan Kennedy’ Inner Circle Miami Chapter. As a new member we get to chose one of his books. I choose the “Wealth Attraction for Entrepreneurs.” Dan Kennedy, aka "The Millionaire Maker" is probably the most famous marketing coach in the US for the last 3 decades. To my surprise two thirds of his book was about marketing and one third about real estate, and how to make even more with real estate.
